CHANGE POST A COMMENT TEXT ON BLOGGER
While you publishing posts on your blog, Of course you let viewers to provide their feedback through various ways. One way of achieving feedback is enabling viewer comments. After reading or enjoying your post, you can attract viewers to comment on your blog through displaying a creative message before they comment. Blogger default Comment Form Text "Post a Comment" . 


You can easily tweak this with whatever text you like.
look at my comment form below , See it's been replaced by "Say Something" 


Follow This Steps:

1. Go to Blogger Dashboard.

2. Click on your Blog.

3. Go to "Design".

Note: Before editing your template, please backup your Template.

4. Now click on "Edit HTML" button.

5. Find the option Expand Widget Templates and tick on.

6. Now Search (Ctrl + F) for below code:
<h4 id='comment-post-message'><data:postCommentMsg/></h4>
and now you need to simply replace that blue tag by the text you may need to display instead of default 'Post a Comment' text.
ex : 
<h4 id='comment-post-message'>leave some comment dude</h4>


7. Now Save your template and find your text you have altered at the Comment form.
